The first 30 minutes of our video call will be to discuss your goals and what you plan to achieve from our sessions. I will answer any questions you may have and we can determine from there if we will continue working together.

After our initial consult the following 60 minutes will be predominantly hypnotherapy. If there are any other tools or modalities used during our sessions, these will be discussed and agreed upon prior. You will receive an audio recording of our session so you can listen again whenever you wish.

Regular Sessions are for clients that have completed the consultation that is included in the Initial Session. After our Initial session we will continue on from our last session or we can progress on to new goals and desires. Each session will go for 60 minutes and predominantly be hypnotherapy unless other tools and modalities were discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement. You will receive an audio recording of our session so you can listen again whenever you wish.
